Learn to conceptualize comic scenes, create characters, plot a story, outline thumbnails, pencil, ink, color, letter and even publish! Fee covers basic supplies (11"x17" professional comic board, blueline pencil, sharpie for inking). Students may bring crayons or markers to color work. It is sometimes necessary to make changes in the room, time, date, or location of our classes after the Program Guide is printed and mailed. Please check your receipt after registering for class or online for the most recent update. The information on the receipt/online supersedes information in the Program Guide. If any logistical information is modified after registration, the Community Education office will make every effort to communicate the change to registered students.
Parking and Door Entry Information at Forest View Education Center (FVEC):
For classes taking place at FVEC before 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday - Park in Lot B which is across from Goebbert Road. Enter through Door 2 (closest to the flag pole) and check in with the receptionist.
For classes taking place at FVEC after 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday or anytime on Saturday -
Classes meeting in a room beginning with an "A", ex. A238, will enter through Door 4. Park in Lot A - north side of the building across from the church.
All other classes will enter through Door 1. Park in Lot B which is across from Goebbert Road. Door 1 has a burgundy "Robert Morris University" awning.
For door entry information at offsite locations (anywhere other than FVEC), please refer to your receipt.
